Issue:
Customer is reporting they are missing the log out tab or button.
Cause:
The entity preference in Admin “Do you want to expose a ‘Logout’ tab in the navigation?” is set to No.
Resolution:
Change this setting for the desired entity, or apply to all entities if needed.
