Multifactor Authentication (MFA) will be required when logging in to Optimal Blue beginning in February 2023. MFA is only required for users that log in directly to Optimal Blue. Users that log in via an integrated LOS will continue to log in to Optimal Blue as they do today.
The user guide provides detailed information on completing the MFA process when logging in to Optimal Blue.
