National MI not providing a quote (Internal)

Issue:

Customer is receiving the following message in the BestX MI tool “Please obtain this rate quote via your LOS or by visiting Rate GPS on the National MI website at https://rate-gps.nationalmi.com/ .  For additional information, please contact your National MI Sales Advisor 

Cause:

National MI has decided to implement a Selective Quoting policy.  Meaning they will not send us a response on some scenarios in our BestX tool.   The screen shot below shows the message that will appear instead in those cases.  

Send to customer:

National MI has implemented a Selective Quoting policy, where they will not provide responses to some scenarios in our BestX MI tool.  Please contact your National MI Account Executive for details about this policy.  If you have any additional questions about the BestX MI tool, let me know.
