Users accessing the pricing concession portal are sometimes asked to log back in when trying to approve a concession. The system looks to see if the user has logged in within the past 20 minutes. If they have, the system will auto log them in and they can approve the PC. If they are inactive for greater than 20 minutes, they system will require that they log in with their OB username and password before approving the PC.
