Pricing does not match the search criteria – Internal

This message received on the Search Results page can occur on new searches as well as Change Requests.

Cause:

This most commonly occurs due to the search results falling outside the search entity’s Rate/Price Selection Options.

In this example, when running the search in Config, without a LO selected, the pricing is just above the minimum price cutoff of 90.  When the search is run with an LO selected who has LO Comp assigned, that puts the pricing below the minimum.

Solution:

Check customer’s Rate/Price Selection options for any that may be causing the search to fall outside the allowed parameters. Coach customer on what should edited to allow an expanded selection.  If you are not able to determine what is causing the message, send to Client Solutions for review.
