If a customer is requesting Optimal Blue to build out their custom or portfolio products, we can request a Statement of Work (SoW) from our content team. This is typically reserved for situations when the customer has several custom products with custom eligibility / adjustment rules making it difficult to source rules from existing investor entities.
Steps:
1) Assign ticket to the CSM for the account.
2) Add a note addressed to the CSM letting them know that the customer is wanting an estimate on building custom products.
3) CSM will follow procedures in Internal – Custom Product Review Request.
