Fannie Mae RefiNow products are currently available in Optimal Blue. The Freddie Mac Refi Possible products will be released in Optimal Blue when Freddie Mac makes them available, currently scheduled for late August 2021.
| These products are associated with our HARP product type filter located on the Search Filters tab of the Product Preferences and Filters page in the Configuration site. All system level investor content that has these products available will have the HARP filter configured by default. If you need to add or update portfolio products, please make sure to configure these products using the HARP product type field on the Search Filters tab of the Product Preferences and Filters page in the Configuration site. Please see the Product Preferences and Filters Guide for information on using Search Filters to determine when a product will return in search results. |

Once your products are configured, please advise your loan originators to select the HARP Product Type in the First Lien Search criteria section of the Product Search page to have these products included in their search results.
