This Solution article describes how to maintain investor login credentials.
Optimal Blue gives you the ability to maintain your investor login credentials. You will receive an email from Optimal Blue alerting you that your logins are invalid for any one of the four reasons below:

Invalid Username and/or Password
- Password expired

Account disabled/locked
- This login does not have access to pricing
To update investor credentials:
- Login to your investor’s website to check if an update is required. If an update is required, update accordingly within their site.

Log into your Optimal Blue Configuration site and select the Investor Logins activity.

Select Edit, and update the investor logins.

Make sure to uncheck the Invalid checkbox, and click Update. Your pricing will be downloaded within minutes of the update.
