The following US territories will be supported in the State drop down list on Lender and Configuration site search forms, including their associated districts and municipalities for county groups:
- American Samoa (AS)
- Guam (GU)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
Please refer to US Territories Counties with FIPS Code for a complete list of supported US territories and their associated districts and municipalities.
The following System Defined Lists have been added or modified to support US territories for scripting rules:
- All States (excluding US Territories)
- States by Abbreviation (including US Territories)
- States by Abbreviation (excluding US Territories)
- AK, GU, HI, & VI vs. Contiguous States, DC, & PR
- California vs. Other
- Contiguous States, DC, & PR vs. AK, GU, HI & VI
Districts and municipalities within these US territories will also be appropriately evaluated for declining market guidelines, county loan limit requirements and in AMI requirements.
