To include subordinate financing in searches, select the Subordinate Financing checkbox in the Loan Information section of the Search screen. Entering the Loan Amount will update the displayed CLTV amount.
Selecting the HELOC checkbox enables you to enter the Line Amount and Current Balance. Select the Community/Affordable Second checkbox if applicable. The calculated CLTV and HCLTV amounts are used when determining pricing and eligibility.
