On Lock Pending and Locked loans, updates are only pushed to Encompass via action taken by Secondary Users via SDK (e.g., Lock Accept, Change Request Accept, Cancel or Deny Lock, Save to LOS, and Best Ex).
The Update Encompass button on the Optimal Blue lock form only updates the lock request form in Encompass. This will not update custom fields.
If you want the loan and the lock request form updated, go to Encompass > Settings >Product and Pricing and select the Import Data to Loan File checkbox.
