Why am I getting an IPBLOCKED error?

If you are getting an error that indicates “IPBlocked,” it means that Encompass is configured to only allow access to Encompass for certain IP addresses.


This is a common configuration choice.


In order to determine if your Encompass instance currently has IP filtering enabled, your Encompass Admin can visit Settings Manager in Encompass Admin Tools. If “Allow access from certain IPs” is set to “Enabled” you will need to add the IP addresses noted below as “Allowed.”
