For Encompass integrations, the Non-Occupant Co-Borrower field will be set to “Yes” only when there is a co-borrower on the loan and the answer to question l (intend to occupy) in the Declarations section of the 1003 Page 3 for the co-borrower is either “N” or is left blank.
