Your Lock Has NOT Been Submitted – Pricing for the selected product is no longer available

By default, when the Request Lock button is clicked, Optimal Blue reruns the search to validate that pricing has not worsened since the time the loan originator selects a price from their search results. This message displays when the price on a selected product has either expired or the product is no longer available for another reason. Users need to resubmit their results to update pricing before requesting a lock.  

Price validation can be enabled/disabled by users with Admin access rights in Entity Preferences.

*Please note, disabling this preference could allow loan officers to request locks on expired pricing.  Please reach out to clientservices@optimalblue.com if you have any additional questions.
