Encompass LO Connect creds not saving – Internal

Issue:

Customer inputs their OB username and password and click save, but when they go back to this screen, the creds have not saved. No errors are generated.

Resolution:

Encompass is aware of the issue and is sending the following workaround for LO Connect customers…

While this is a known defect, we have a workaround that you can go through to save the OB credentials in your LO Connect environment.

Below are the workaround steps:

1. Log into Encompass

2. Open a loan file

3. Click the services tab

4. Select Search Product and Pricing

5. Click the All Providers tab

6. Select Optimal Blue – Enhanced and click Submit

7. Click Manage Data Included (1 in screen shot below)

8. Make sure all 3 checkboxes are checked and click Save (2-3 in screen shot below)

9. Close out of the Product and Pricing Request window and close the loan file (no saving needed)

10. Log into LO Connect as the admin

11. Navigate to Company/User Setup > Credential Management

12. Click Product & Pricing

13. Select Optimal Blue in the Service Name dropdown

14. Enter your Optimal Blue credentials and click Save
