In response to FHFA’s announcement on January 19th, 2023, FHFA Announces Updates to the Enterprises’ Single-Family Pricing Framework, Fannie Mae issued Lender Letter 2023-01 and Freddie Mac issued Bulletin 2023-1, declaring redesigns to their adjustments effective for loans delivered on or after May 1, 2023.
Optimal Blue has added the newly structured grids with NO VALUES. This allows clients to easily make overlays to support the new adjustments in advance of Optimal Blues effective date . Optimal Blue will implement the NEW LLPA values to the NEW grids on February 15, 2023, at 8:00 AM CST. On the February 15, 2023 effective date, all rules and grids used to support the previous adjustments will be marked as “TO BE DELETED ON 06/01/2023” with zero values and/or FICO < 0.
