Issue:
Encompass has 2 ‘Changed Circumstance’ check boxes to which we can push when a change request is accepted:
- Closing Disclosure – Changed Circumstance (CD1.x61)
- GFE Changed Circumstance (3168).
The customer may or may not want these check boxes checked when a change request is accepted.
OB Settings to check:
(Entity Preferences, Integrations section)
Encompass Select – Do you want to map to the Encompass Change in Circumstance fields when a change request is accepted? Y/N
When this option is set to Yes, Optimal Blue will execute one of the following when a Change Request is accepted:
- If Closing Disclosure Sent Date (3977) has a value, then we will update Closing Disclosure – Changed Circumstance (CD1.x61) to be checked.
Or
- If Closing Disclosure Sent Date (3977) does not have a value, then we will update GFE Changed Circumstance (3168) to be checked.
