If pricing is expired for any of your investors, make sure your investor website login credentials have not expired. Log into the Configuration site and visit the Investor Logins activity. This is where you will edit the username and password after updating on the investor website. Make sure to uncheck the invalid box. Pricing will automatically attempt to download the investor rate sheet with the updated credentials.
