Optimal Blue’s Erin Wester named a 2025 HousingWire Vanguard

Chief product officer joins an elite group of housing finance executives recognized with HousingWire’s top individual honor

Wester joined Optimal Blue in 2017 as a senior product manager and has risen through roles of increasing responsibility, including director of data and integrations and vice president of product management. Today, she oversees product strategy across pricing, hedging and compliance with a team that includes leaders of data, integrations and user experience. Over the past year, she played a central role in Optimal Blue’s inaugural client summit, where she revealed seven new capabilities designed to help lenders compete more effectively and serve borrowers better.

Beyond her professional achievements, Wester is deeply committed to giving back. She is an active supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as Holy Angels, a Charlotte-based nonprofit serving individuals with disabilities. She also mentors early-career product managers, further extending her impact beyond Optimal Blue and into the community.
