Optimal Blue's Rhiannon Bolen named a 2026 HousingWire Woman of Influence

Annual program recognizes women leaders driving change across mortgage, real estate and homebuilding

PLANO, Texas, July 1, 2026 – Optimal Blue today announced that Rhiannon Bolen, vice president of new business development, has been named to HousingWire's 2026 Women of Influence list. The annual program recognizes executive and senior-level women whose leadership and contributions are shaping the housing industry.

With nearly 25 years in the mortgage industry, Bolen has worked across nearly every discipline, including operations, underwriting, mortgage insurance, credit risk, capital markets, title, and mortgage technology. She joined Optimal Blue in early 2026, where she now applies that experience to growing the company's client relationships and new business strategy.

Beyond her work at Optimal Blue, Bolen has made lasting contributions to the broader mortgage industry. After recognizing that no statewide network existed to connect and advance women in mortgage lending, she founded Texas Women Mortgage Bankers. What began with 45 members has grown to more than 550 strong today. In an industry where women remain underrepresented in senior leadership, the organization has become a meaningful platform for professional development, visibility and advancement.

"The strongest client relationships are built on credibility, not salesmanship. Rhiannon has spent her career deeply understanding the needs and earning the trust of lenders while advancing the mortgage industry, and that experience is invaluable to our clients. That's exactly the perspective we want to bring into every client relationship and one of the reasons she's already made such a strong impact at Optimal Blue," said Jeremy Moreno, chief revenue officer at Optimal Blue.

Bolen holds the Mortgage Bankers Association's Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designations and has mentored multiple CMB candidates through the program's rigorous accreditation process. She also serves as vice chair of MORPAC, the MBA's Political Action Committee, participates in MBA mPower, the association's networking organization for women, and sits on the board of the Texas MBA. Through these leadership roles, she helps shape the legislative and regulatory environment affecting lenders, borrowers and the future of homeownership.
