The Summit 2027 Executive Experience is a private program for C-suite and senior leaders. Summit Executive Experience

Optimal Blue leadership extends the Executive Experience to a thoughtfully selected group of chief executives and C-suite decision-makers. The intimate setting gives you time to meet the people in the room, build meaningful relationships, and exchange ideas that can influence how you lead your business.
The program opens a full day before the general conference and runs alongside it, with reserved seating, dedicated space, and a schedule built around the way senior leaders actually use their time.

The Executive Experience creates space for candid conversations with Optimal Blue's executive team, the product and account leaders who support your business, and peers navigating similar decisions. These focused interactions complement the ideas and perspectives shared from the Summit stage.

A fireside chat with Mike LaFleur, head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, followed by a photo opportunity, offers a candid look at leadership and strategy.
Executive workspace
An invitation-only executive workspace remains available throughout the conference for calls, focused work, and conversations between sessions.

The Executive Day
The day before Summit opens belongs entirely to this group. Choose how you start it, then join the program that follows.
8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Your choice of amenity: Join Optimal Blue and your peers in select foursomes for the first Optimal Blue golf outing on the Arnold Palmer course or a morning at the resort spa.
2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Advisory Forum, a closed-door session that helps inform where Optimal Blue goes next.
3:30 to 4:15 p.m.
Fireside chat with Mike LaFleur.
4:15 to 4:30 p.m.
Photo opportunity with Mike LaFleur.
5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Welcome Reception.
6:30 p.m.
Executive dinner in a private room at Tia Carmen.

Access that continues
When the full conference begins, your Executive Experience continues with reserved VIP seating at every general session. Featured programming includes What's New at Optimal Blue with Joe Tyrrell and Erin Wester, the client C-Suite panel, the MBA Power Hour with Mike Fratantoni and Bob Broeksmit, and a featured session with Troy Aikman.
Before the conference, you will receive a curated selection of executive-level breakouts to help you focus on the sessions most relevant to your priorities. The private executive workspace remains open throughout Summit, and the Innovation Zone provides direct access to the product teams building what comes next.
