Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The Optimal Blue 2027 Summit Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Optimal Blue, LLC, located at 5340 Legacy Drive, Bldg 2, Suite 250; Plano, TX 75024 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry and who hold a valid driver’s license and/or state ID. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and Sweepstakes administrators, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence. Eligibility is subject to verification. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM ET on 9/9/2026 and ends at 11:59PM ET on 10/16/2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Any additional deadlines applicable to a particular entry method are stated below.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may enter without purchase or payment by submitting a mail in letter to Optimal Blue c/o Gail Colleran at 600 17th Street, 16th Floor Denver, CO 80202 with full name, email, phone number and address. If Sponsor also permits entry in connection with a purchase or other activity, the free method of entry must be clearly disclosed and must provide the same opportunity and odds of winning. Normal internet access, data, postage, or other third-party charges voluntarily incurred by an entrant may apply.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or other practices that subvert the entry process are prohibited. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise noncompliant are void. If an entrant uses multiple identities or other methods to exceed the entry limit, all associated entries may be disqualified.

4. Entry Conditions

Each entrant must provide accurate and complete information and may enter only on the entrant’s own behalf. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant, subject to verification. Sponsor may require proof that an entrant is the authorized account holder. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about 10/19/2026, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted using a true anonymized Excel RAND function. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If prizes or drawings have different entry pools or odds, describe the odds or selection process for each prize.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

Prize Schedule

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $500.00 JW Marriott room credit. Each prize is awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except for any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. A prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for any difference between a prize’s stated approximate retail value and its actual value at the time of award.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winner(s) will be selected on 10/19/2026 and notified on or about 10/20/2026 by email using the contact information provided with the entry. A potential winner must respond within 7 business days after the notification is sent and must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements before being confirmed as a winner.

Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within 5 days after request. No entrant or winner who is a resident of Tennessee will be required to grant publicity rights as a condition of receiving a prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or timely return required documents, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by the same method, time permitting.

8. Taxes and Other Costs

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for all expenses, fees, and costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated as included. A winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax form.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, statements, photograph, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further notice, permission, review, or compensation. This provision does not apply where prohibited and will not be imposed on a Tennessee resident as a condition of receiving a prize.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Sweepstakes administrator, prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or loss of any prize, including claims based on personal injury, death, property damage, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or infringement of intellectual-property rights, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, or corrupted entries or communications; technical, network, telecommunications, hardware, software, platform, server, or human errors; interrupted or unavailable services; unauthorized intervention; or damage to an entrant’s device related to participation, except where prohibited by law. If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as intended because of fraud, technical failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken.

11. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought individually, and not as part of a class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and no entrant may recover attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or other indirect damages.

12. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, satisfy legal obligations, and for any additional purposes disclosed at the point of collection and permitted by law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.optimalblue.com. If marketing consent is requested, it must be optional unless permitted by applicable law and must be presented separately from entry.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If an advertisement, entry form, or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control. Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity, subject to applicable law.

14. Winners List

For the name(s) of the winner(s), send an email to “Optimal Blue 2027 Summit Giveaway,” for receipt by 10/20. Requests will be fulfilled after the winners are verified and prizes are awarded. Sponsor may publish the winner list as permitted by law.
