Optimal Blue’s Solution Center Expands Comergence Into a Platform-as-a-Service Marketplace, Further Streamlining Connectivity and Enhancing Performance in the Mortgage Ecosystem
New capability within Optimal Blue’s counterparty oversight solution simplifies vendor relationships, supports strategic partnerships, and streamlines TPO management and training
PLANO, Texas – May 19, 2025 – Optimal Blue today announced Solution Center, a new capability that expands its Comergence Counterparty Oversight solution into a fully established platform as a service (PaaS). First introduced at the company’s user summit in February, Solution Center is now broadly available to lenders, investors and third-party partners.
Solution Center consolidates vendor and partner solutions into a single interface, helping users streamline communications, reduce integration effort and expand revenue opportunities. Partners can offer products and services directly through the platform. Customers can browse by category – such as CRM or marketing automation – and manage relationships using single sign-on (SSO) with their Optimal Blue credentials.

In addition to partner discovery and connectivity, Solution Center includes the Comergence Academy, a resource for asynchronous training that supports investor-driven education initiatives for third-party originators. This enables investors to promote strategic relationships or ensure required trainings are completed, all within the same environment they use for ongoing oversight.
Acquired by Optimal Blue in 2017, Comergence provides real-time risk management for third-party originators (TPO) and social media compliance. Solution Center builds on that foundation by giving clients more ways to engage partners, deliver services and optimize their relationships without the need for costly custom integrations.
