In the event that government regulations or any other force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) make it impossible to hold an in-person conference, the Optimal Blue Summit 2027 client conference will not take place. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In specific cases, we will offer the following options:

• Transfer of Registration: Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us of any changes at least 14 days prior to the event.
• Credits: In extreme cases, credits for future events may be considered at the discretion of the event organizers.

By registering for the Optimal Blue Summit, the attendee grants permission for Optimal Blue to use any photographs, videos, or other recordings of the attendee taken during the event for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, the Optimal Blue website, and other marketing materials. The attendee also consents to Optimal Blue sharing registration information about the attendee with the event sponsors and exhibitors. We are committed to protecting your data and will use it responsibly. If you have any concerns about media use or data sharing, please reach out to us.
