How to add your photo

Choose the method that best matches the tools available to you or your team.

Basic

Canva or PowerPoint

Recommended for most speakers. No advanced design software is required.

  1. Download your preferred add-your-photo graphic.
  2. Create a design using the same dimensions as the downloaded graphic.
  3. Upload the Summit graphic and use it as the background.
  4. Upload a high-quality version of your professional headshot.
  5. Position and crop your photo within the designated photo area.
  6. Export the finished graphic as a high-quality PNG or JPG.
Advanced

Adobe Photoshop

Recommended for creative teams that want more precise cropping and export control.

  1. Open the downloaded Summit graphic in Photoshop.
  2. Place your professional headshot as an embedded Smart Object.
  3. Scale proportionally and position it within the designated photo area.
  4. Confirm your image is clear, properly cropped, and not stretched.
  5. Do not move, cover, recolor, or alter any Summit design elements.
  6. Export the finished graphic as a high-quality PNG.
